Digital Services & Listings
CitiHive provides digital services, including online business listings, promotional features, and directory visibility. Once a listing plan is activated, services are considered delivered.
No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital services:
- All payments are non-refundable
- We do not offer refunds for:
- Subscription cancellations
- Unused listing periods
- Removed or suspended listings
- Change of mind after purchase
This policy applies to all plans, including Business, Agency, and Lifetime plans.
Subscription Cancellation
- Business owners may cancel their active subscription before the next billing cycle to avoid future charges.
- Cancellation does not result in a refund for the current billing period.
- Listings will remain active until the end of the paid term unless otherwise stated.
Lifetime Plan
- The Lifetime Plan is a one-time payment plan.
- No refunds or exchanges are offered once the Lifetime Plan is purchased.
Free Assistance Policy
CitiHive provides free assistance to business owners for listing setup across all plans. This assistance does not guarantee approvals, rankings, leads, or business performance and does not qualify for refunds.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Dissatisfaction with leads or traffic
- Business performance outcomes
- Temporary downtime or maintenance

We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
